Metro Manila Development Authority Acting Chairman Don Artes leads the inauguration of the Motorcycle Riding Academy to reduce motorcycle-related accidents by providing theoretical and practical courses.
The facility was launched last September 27 and is located along Meralco Avenue in Pasig City, beside the Renaissance Center.
