Local carriers Cebu Pacific's CebGo, AirAsia and AirSwift will all be taking off from NAIA Terminal 4 beginning March 28 (Monday next week).
Three local airlines will transfer to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 4 for domestic operations this March 28.
The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said the transfer of Cebu Pacific's CebGo, AirAsia Philippines and AirSwift was due to the anticipated influx of passenger volume this dry season.
Terminal 4 has been closed for more than two years due to the pandemic, and its domestic operations were transferred to terminal 3.
With its reopening, CebGo advised its passengers to be at the terminal at least three hours before their scheduled time of departure, to complete all departure requirements.
AirAsia Philippines also reminded its "guests that all domestic operations will now depart from the NAIA terminal 4 beginning March 28. International departures, meanwhile, will continue to depart at the NAIA terminal 3."
Safety protocols
The local carriers also advised that before going to the airport, passengers must check travel requirements, and safety protocols.
In another development, flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) has extended its "Open For You" 81st Anniversary Seat Sale from March 22 to March 28.
Travel period for domestic flights is from June 1 onwards while travel period for international flights is from July 1 and beyond.
The flag carrier said that more than five million seats are on sale.
"This is our special way of enabling you to experience the Heart of the Filipino brand of service as you journey on to your favorite destination," said PAL Vice President for Marketing Ria Carrion-Domingo, adding, "Book your flights today and seize the open skies."
