Travelers, take note: Philippine Airlines (PAL) and budget carrier Cebu Pacific (CEB) have announced cancellation of flights due to the proximity of Typhoon "Leon" this Wednesday, October 30.

These flights include PAL flights PR2196/PR2197, PR2198/PR2199 Manila-Laoag-Manila and PR2932/PR2133 Manila-Basco-Manila.

Cebu Pacific, on the other hand, has cancelled four flights - 5J504/5J505 and 5J506/5J507 Manila-Tuguegarao-Manila - due to bad weather.

The airlines said that affected passengers have the option to convert their ticket to non-expiring Travel Credits equivalent to the unused segment of its ticket, excluding Ticketing Service Charge.

Passengers can also rebook or reroute their ticket to another flight with available space within 60 days from the original flight in the same booking class or higher within the same cabin class.
