With support from the Ecowaste Coalition, parents of children at the ROTCHNA Day Care Center in Quezon City, repaint chairs and tables with lead-safe paints to highlight the importance of preventing exposure to lead, which is particularly harmful top young children.
The event coincides with the International Lead Poisoning Prevention Week led by Global Alliance to Eliminate Lead Paint.
