What's in a tree?

Everything from house construction to artistic creation.

Every part of a tree is a productive and creative source of beauty and life.

A leaf is responsible for the supply of chlorophyll to absorb light in the process of photosynthesis that creates energy for humankind.

A fruit of its bearing tree, particularly edible ones, sustains the health and life of a person.

A piece of wood provides food, shelter and other utilitarian purposes such as transport vehicles, kitchen not excluding culinary utensils, home decor and pieces of furniture etc.

In the arts, musical instruments are mostly made of wood as well as materials for sculpture, paintings, architecture and in many extents,or props in theater.

At the moment, to accentuate nature as a source of art and country living, Arthaland collaborates with the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) to bring to the public the fusion of modern living in a suburb and artistry.

The art show runs from October 30 to December 2, 2024 at the Sevina Park Cecilia Araneta Parkway, Binan, Laguna.

Arthaland's Pavilion is host to "Kwentong Kahoy," an art exhibit showcasing the artistic creations from pieces of wood like piano, tambourine, guitars, wooden menagerie, among others.

Arthaland, a high-end subdivision in Binan, Laguna, subscribes to the philosophy of nurturing nature as a thrust in making its dwellers safe and comfortable in their daily lives.

It believes that the environment, first and foremost, is the home for luscious greens and verdant trees that surround its residents.
