The Sandiganbayan Fifth Division has found Estrada not guily of plunder in connection with the P10 billion Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) scam linked to Janet Lim Napoles. However, the anti-graft court said the senator is guilty of one count of direct bribery and two counts of indirect bribery after being accused of pocketing P183 million in kickbacks from fake projects. He is sentenced to eight to nine years for direct bribery and two to three years for indirect bribery.
