During their "Born to Be" concert at Mall of Asia Arena last Saturday, Korean girl group ITZY delighted fans by dancing to the chorus of "Pantropiko," a hit song by Filipino girl band BINI.

Midway through their performance, after opening with the titular track "Born to Be," the members
- Yeji, Yuna, Ryujin, and Chaeryeong - interacted with their fanbase, MIDZYs.

They revealed that Filipino fans had requested the "Pantropiko" dance challenge on their way to the Philippines.

In response, the group performed the dance, repeating it multiple times at the fans' request.

Presented by Live Nation Philippines, the one-night-only “Born to Be” concert featured songs from ITZY's third studio album, released last January 8, through JYP Entertainment, Republic Records, and Dreamus.

The group, now a quartet due to Lia’s health-related hiatus, performed tracks such as “Untouchable,” “Mr. Vampire,” and solo performances by each member, including Chaeryeong's "Mine," Ryujin's "Run Away," Yuna’s "Yet, But," and Yeji's "Crown on My Head."

In addition to new hits, ITZY performed tracks from previous albums, including “Swipe” from “Crazy in Love,” “Wannabe” from “It'z Me,” “Sneakers” from “Checkmate,” “Cake” from “Kill My Doubt,” and “Be in Love” and “Boys Like You” during the encore.

The concert concluded with a performance of their breakout single, “Dalla Dalla,” complete with a confetti shower reminiscent of cherry blossoms.

ITZY's return to Manila followed their first world tour concert, "Checkmate," and a fan meet last April, as well as their appearance at the Asia Artist Awards 2023 in December.

The group will continue their tour with stops in cities across Asia, Europe, and the US, including Bangkok, Tokyo, Hong Kong, London, Madrid, and Los Angeles.
