INFANTA, Quezon - The Local Government Unit (LGU) and the local mapping team of this town have turned over Infanta, Quezon's Local Cultural Profile (LCP) Book 1 to the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) recently through a virtual event via Zoom.
According to the Infanta Municipal Tourism Office, the team worked for two years to complete the three-volume Pamanang Infantahin: Cultural Mapping Project.

The LGU thanked all the mappers, writers, and local historians who committed to finishing their tasks and contributing to the completion of the LCP through the tourism section, as well as the NCCA for providing technical and financial assistance, as well as the NCCA facilitators for guiding the mappers.
The Infantahin community, elders, and culture bearers were also thanked by the LGU for sharing their knowledge about Infanta's local culture, heritage, practices, and traditions and for their ongoing support of this project.
