Remember Harold Montano?
Harold Montano, who was photographed in the late millennium with a python coiled to his body, is an icon.
From that time on, he was called The Snakeman.
Harold was also featured in “Tirador” (2007) in a tracking scene where police authorities raided the slums for drug addicts when he was caught in au natural making love with a woman.
Until suddenly, he was out of sight.
Fans were asking where he was all those years.
No worries.
Montano, a true-blue Ilonggo, is back in show business after years of absence.
“Tinawagan ako ni Direk Brillante Mendoza dahil may Christmas party ang lahat ng mga artistang lumabas sa Centerstage Productions niya. Sabi niya, pumunta raw ako para makita ako ng ibang direktor o prodyuser na darating para makabalik ako sa pelikula. Ngayon, may ginagawa siya pero walang role na bagay sa akin (Director Mendoza called me for the party of all stars who had appeared in his production. He told me to come so that other directors and producers could employ me so that I could come back to the movies. He’s doing a film right now that no role fits me),” said Montano.
According to the actor, he is busy promoting a beauty product, an alum extract which has been supporting his livelihood.
“I have been to Japan many times to promote the product,” informed Harold.
Montano hopes he can score film roles to jumpstart his acting career.
“’Yan po ang (That’s my Christmas wish ko,” he quipped.
