There are one thousand and one builders of homes of movie, television, theater, music and multimedia stars.

Not only that, many famous celebrities are beginning to enjoy the luxury of country living that so many housing projects are thought off, conceptualized, built and implemented for the convenience of these high-profile personalities.

Take for instance the ideal couple, 2013 Miss World Megan Young and husband-TV host Mijael Daez who chose to settle in the faraway Subic Bay in Zambales not only for their own satisfaction but to raise their child as well.

There is no substitute for a cleaner and clearer air in the province so these influential people love to make things happen in the rural areas.

When they left their house and property in Los Banos, award-winning actors, husband and wife team Nonie Buencamino and Shamaine Centenera, they still made sure a provincial life is wonderful so their Bulacan abode at the moment is an ideal haven for them.

Property developers target not only retirees, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), professionals, etc. and particularly celebs to give them the luxury of country living.

Not all are successful, though.

But the mother and daughter team of Beth and Hannah To, both inheritors of the late Gary To’s habitational projects like the Tagaytay Clifton in Alfonso, Cavite spell the difference.

According to Beth, they encourage prospective owners of their housing plans, celebrities or not, by their Christian vision of sharing and compassion that come in dealing with building the future for them.

“I owe this outlook to my late husband,” said Beth.

This Christmas, Beth and Hannah have opened their property projects not only to ordinary Filipinos but to influencers as well to show to the world that they are practicing what they preach as Christinas.

Since the passing on of the patriarch, the mom and daughter have also combined their feminine powers to make things happen in the CALABARZON area.

Girl power is in place among the Tos.

“It’s not easy for women like us to run an adventure like this but we prevail,” said Hannah.
