Revelers at the recent Coco Festival in San Pablo City, Laguna were given a surprise treat from Colette's Buko Pie, one of the most prominent buko pie makers in Laguna province.
Colette's officials treated San Pableños with a giant plate of buko pie that were given away for free during the festivities. According to officials, around 400 boxes of buko pie were baked in 12 hours for the occasion. The giant buko pie was one of the highlights of the revamped Coco Festival of San Pablo City under Mayor Najie Gapangada, with a special emphasis on promoting San Pablo City's rich culture.
