General Nakar, Quezon's Municipal Police Station (MPS) has been recognized as the best Class ‘C’ municipal police station in the Calabarzon region.
The award, a mark of distinction, was presented directly by Regional Police Director P/BGen. Hansel Marantan to P/Maj. Jameson Aguilar, chief of police of the General Nakar municipal police station.
Aguilar attributed this achievement to the collaborative efforts of the entire community, which had worked together to uphold peace and order in General Nakar, Quezon's northernmost municipality.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) chose General Nakar MPS, weighing several factors.
These included demonstrated leadership skills, the successful execution of anti-crime and anti-drug initiatives, and the ability to foster positive community relations.
They also looked at the station management capabilities, the discipline and morale of the team, and commitment to innovative service delivery.
Further considerations included the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, the adequacy of the equipment, and active support for essential PNP programs.
The station's command pledged to bolster their unwavering service to all residents.
The station reiterated their dedication to preserving the town's tranquility and security, collaborating with each "Nakarin" to foster a safer, more prosperous community.
