Top Ten
The top ten finalists were Mutya Han Basey, Mutya Han Calbayog City, Mutya Han Sta. Rita, Mutya Han Tarangnan, Mutya Han Gandara, Mutya Han Matuguinao, Mutya Han Daram, Mutya Han San Jorge, Mutya Han Paranas and Mutya Han Catbalogan.
While all the contestants impressed with their poise and confidence, one candidate stood out for her grace and dedication: Mary Faith Libres, representing Mutya Han Gandara.
