She is not only a symbol of honor and beauty, but also of intelligence, determination, and compassion that reflects the spirit of a Quezonin.
Born in Padre Burgos, Quezon, Evangelista is a licensed civil engineer from Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) and holds a master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Sydney, Australia.
She works as a Senior Project Engineer at Transgrid and helps strengthen renewable energy infrastructure in Australia.
Evangelista is no stranger to pageantry—from local pageant titles, she became Miss Philippines–Australia 2025 before joining Miss Universe Philippines.
She is also open about being part of the LGBTQIA+ community and serves as an inspiration to others through her courage and dedication.
As the Miss Universe Philippines 2026 coronation night approaches, the entire province of Quezon, especially Governor Tan, hopes that Patricia will bring honor to their province—not just through her beauty, but also through her intellect, advocacy, and compassion.
