Ballot boxes containing Certificate of Canvass (COCs) and Election Returns (ERs) for the president and vice president are delivered to the House of Representatives in Quezon City coming from the Senate in Pasay City today.
Both chambers will begin tomorrow, May 24, canvassing the votes for the two highest positions in the May 9 elections.
