Ten new firetrucks are turned over to the Bureau of Fire Protection Headquarters in Quezon City last Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
The firetrucks could carry up to 1,000-gallons of water. The BFP has been turning over firetrucks to municipalities around the country as part of its efforts to improve fire protection in the country. This is part of the BFP's vision for the Philippines to have a 'modern fire service fully capable of ensuring a fire-safe nation' by the year 2034.
