An enforcer of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) today used a speed gun that catches and records motorists who are over-speeding at Commonwealth Ave, Quezon City.
The MMDA vowed on Wednesday to intensify physical apprehension of traffic violators in the National Capital Region (NCR) after the Supreme Court issued a temporary restraining order on the controversial no-contact apprehension policy (NCAP).
