The controversial fake white sands coming from crashed dolomite that the Department of Environment and Natural Resources used in rehabilitating Manila Bay at the height of the pandemic, will be open to the public on June 12, Independence Day.
The dolomite sand beach was harshly criticized because instead of using the funds for pandemic response, the DENR opted to camouflage the filthy bay shore with fake white sands. See the real color of the beach in this photo.
