Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval and Senator Loren Legarda led the distribution of P3,000 Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) to around 330 families at the Barangay Potrero Covered Court today.
The AICS aims to provide to each family in crisis situation or victims of flood, fire, etc. with financial/material assistance for their basic needs such as food, transportation and others. Legarda and the mayor also gave out 10 wheelchairs to persons with disabilities and provided dermatological/ medical services for the residents.
