Music couple TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan just made a generous gesture of gratitude to the staff that worked hard for their successful world tour.
On his Tiktok account, Monterde posted a compilation of videos taken by the members of his SMN40 team during their celebration night.
He assured everyone that “walang uuwing luhaan sa trip na ‘to”, before proceeding to share the amount of cash prizes in the scratch cards.
“Mayroon tayong pitong winners ng P5,000. Mayroon tayong limang winners ng P10,000. Mayroon tatlong winners ng P20,000. Mayroong dalawang may P50,000. Mayroong isang may P100,000,” Monterde said.
Each announcement was met with great enthusiasm and excitement from the crowd, hoping they could snag any of the prizes.
But what they did not expect was the surprise prepared by the couple.
Tandingan explained the process: “Kapag nakuha niyo na ang scratch card, pwede niyo nang tanggalin [from the envelope] pero ‘wag niyo munang isa-scratch. Sabay-sabay tayong magsa-scratch.”
“Kung kanino man mapupunta ‘yon (P100K) deserve niya ‘yon,” one of the staff quipped.
The team filmed their reactions as they began to scratch their respective cards, each of them heavily anticipating what they might receive.
Back-to-back yelling and jumping soon filled the room when the staff members found out they were all getting the P100,000 cash prize.
“Happy SNM40!” Monterde happily greeted the crew.
“DESERVE NIYONG LAHAT! Ramdam namin ang puso niyo every single show, thank you guys,” he wrote in the comment section.
Monterde and Tandingan recently concluded their joint-world tour titled “Sarili Nating Mundo" and are gearing up for its follow up “In Between” four-night concert on February 6 to 9, 2026 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The couple is known for their hit song “Palagi,” along with their own successful solo careers.
