. Employees of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) tear up defective, spoiled and rejected ballots and other accountable forms from last October’s Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) at the National Printing Office in Quezon City last Tuesday, November 28.
According to the Comelec, a total of 3,990,624 unused and defective official ballots and 84,905 defective accountable forms are set to be destroyed in accordance with its guidelines.
