Rep. Natasha Co lauds Ms. Philippine-Universe Celeste Cortesi for her creative way of showing her advocacy during the preliminary rounds of the Miss Universe Pageant.

Rep. Angelica Natasha Co lauded Ms. Philippines - Universe, Celeste Cortesi, for her creative way of showing her advocacy for children's welfare by using her swimwear cape made by the children in her preliminary round.

"As chairperson of the House Committee on the Welfare of Children, the message of that swimwear cape resonates with me." Co said.

The message didn't just resonate with Co, but also with the judges and worldwide audience for its depth of meaning and creativity.

Co hoped that when Cortesi returns from her Miss Universe Pageant, she would be able to work with her regarding the advocacy for children and disadvantaged sectors.
