MANIBELA leaders had organized this latest protest action as both President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos, Jr. and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) reaffirmed their decisions to push through with the controversial Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP).
