Bulacan's bet Chelsea Manalo will represent the Philippines in the upcoming Miss Universe 2024, to be held in Mexico.

On the other hand, Taguig City's Christi Lynn McGarry is the fourth runner-up; Baguio's Tarah Valencia is the third runner-up; and Quezon Province's Bet Ma. Ahtisa Manalo is the second runner-up, and Cainta's bet, Stacey Gabriel, is the first runner-up.

Shortly after the MUPh coronation, the coronation for the other titles was held.

Surprisingly, the fourth runner-up and the first runner-up maintained their positions, while Tarah Valencia of Baguio was crowned Miss Supranational Philippines 2025, Cyrille Payumo of Pampanga was crowned Miss Charm Philippines 2025, and Miss International 2018 first runner-up, Ma. Ahtisa Manalo was crowned Miss Cosmo International Philippines 2024, and Iloilo's bet, Alexie Brooks, was crowned Miss Eco International Philippines 2025.

It was in this question: "You are beautiful and confident. How would you use these qualities to empower others?" that proved to be the gamechanger for the Bulakenya.

"As a woman of color, I’ve always faced challenges in my life. I was told that beauty has standards, but for me, I have listened and always believed in my mother. To always believe in yourself. Uphold the vows that you have in yourself. Because of these, I am already influencing a lot of women who are facing me right now. As a transformational woman, I have here 52 other delegates here with me who helped me become the woman I am," was her winning response.

This is the first time that the MUPh organization has opened a chance for the pageant fans to help their candidates win the crown as its 11th judge with their real-time voting system.

Fans can vote three times, from trimming out to Top 10, Top 5, and your candidate to win the crown, only through the MUPh app.
