Chelsea Manalo, the Philippines’ representative for the Miss Universe 2024 competition, is now more determined than ever to secure the coveted title after seeing the newly unveiled “Lumière de l’Infini” crown.
On her Instagram, Chelsea shared photos of her Miss Universe Philippines crown, expressing how inspired she felt by the first-ever Filipino-crafted crown for the pageant.
"Feeling fired up and determined to give my best after seeing the first Filipino-crafted Miss Universe crown up close!" she wrote in her post.
She went on to reflect on her personal journey, stating, "Not exactly 377 steps over five years, but I, too, was years in the making. Hearing the story behind the creation of the Light of Infinity crown yesterday, I’m reminded of all the people who pushed and supported me to be who I am today. This isn’t just my fight—it’s ours. ‘Laban, Pilipinas!’"
The Miss Universe Organization recently unveiled the stunning “Lumière de l’Infini” crown, which will be worn by the winner of the 2024 pageant. Designed by the international jewelry brand Jewelmer, the Filipino-crafted crown represents both the elegance and brilliance of the Philippines on the global stage.
The Miss Universe grand coronation night will be held in Mexico City on Saturday, November 16, Mexico time (Sunday, November 17, Philippine time).
