A flagship project of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., BPSF is the largest service caravan that brings necessary services to the people right in their communities.
Service caravan
The service caravan, in coordination and support of the local officials pre-identified those beneficiaries to the serbisyo fair giving priorities to poor but deserving college students; granting social assistance, financial aid, and regulatory functions, as well as financial grants like the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) and the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD).
To facilitate these services, the government agencies allocated their program funds amounting to P500-million worth of services and programs.
From this amount, P154-Million for cash assistance, and P52-Million for AICS.
Maniquiz said the BPSF is expected to be sustained in the near future.
