Attorneys Rowen Melvin Macapagal and Phebie Jame Dy of Monolith Construction Development Corporation present a thick set of bidding documents they submitted to the Bases Conversion Development Authority on the alleged anomalous bidding for the 100-hectare Bataan Technology Park in Morong, worth P5.9 billion.
They also filed plunder charges or violation of RA 7080 against BCDA. The lawyers presented the documents to media during a presscon held a the Bonifacio Global Center in Taguig City.
