The Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT Partylist) held a press conference in a QC restaurant to cite the disconnect between low salaries, delayed release of benefits and uncontrollable price surges.
They also displayed banners asking for a stop to red tagging and attacks on union members critical of government's policies.
