SAN JOSE DE BUENAVISTA, Antique – The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (PCCI) Antique chapter will help the Commission on Elections (Comelec) prepare for the May polls by educating their employees about the automated counting machine (ACM).
PCCI Antique president Rani Rodriguez, in an interview Thursday, said they are more confident to participate in the national and local elections after attending the Comelec voter’s education and ACM roadshow at the Advance Central College.
“We will help educate our employees so that they too would already know the process during the Election Day,” Rodriguez said.
The PCCI will echo their learning on the features of the ACM to their employees so they know what to do during elections.
“After you feed your official ballot to the ACM, there is a summary, as one of the machine features, so you know immediately the results,” Rodriguez said.
He vowed that they would fully participate by exercising their right of suffrage in May. (PNA)
