Val Alino officially launched her book “A Journey Back into Your Heart” last April 15 at the Crown Regency Hotel Makati through Experience Travel and Living.

The book encourages and motivates readers to make positive changes in their lives, let go of things that no longer serve them, and break generational patterns. It guides readers to live authentically and pursue their dreams by using intuition and following signs from the universe. The journey outlined in the book is not conventional, but it leads to a life aligned with one's true purpose and desires.

Never forget that serving others can help you heal and return to the pure, loving heart we all have from birth. This book is dedicated to honoring and inspiring that innate goodness within us.

This guide is for anyone who works with children, has children, wants children, or has a wounded inner child. It is also for those who have experienced trauma, are on a healing journey, or are seeking answers. This book can help those with deep wounds and those who feel like they are living a life they didn't choose. It offers inspiration, strength, connection, and liberation to anyone with a heartbeat, regardless of what they are going through.

Val shares her life story, wisdom, and tools to help guide you on a journey back to your heart, which was given to you by the source at birth. She teaches you how to live in love with yourself, your life, and your path.

She has spent over thirty years in the field of education and service. She had a lifelong dream of becoming a teacher and running her own school, which began at a young age. Despite facing personal traumas that caused deep depression, teaching remained her true passion.

During her teenage years, instead of purchasing jewelry and make-up, she chose to invest in books on parenting and education. She started her career as a kindergarten teacher but quickly realized that she was dissatisfied with the conventional teaching methods.Once she discovered Montessori education, she never returned to the traditional system.

With over 30 years of experience in education and service, including running her own AMI school in Atlanta and traveling for humanitarian work, Val is now motivated to share her book with the world.

During the launch, her friends and colleagues from different businesses, such as Conscious Alchemy PH, Vine Aesthetics, and BEXCS. Logistics, Inc. shared how their journey inspired them.
