Two female with outstanding arrest warrants from the Regional Trial Court of Negros Occidental were caught at Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Monday (April 15).

The unnamed suspects, aged 34 and 27, were nabbed by authorities from the Terminal 3 Police Station of the PNP-Aviation Security Unit, Barbosa Police Station 14 of Manila Police District, just as they were boarding a flight to Hong Kong.

The two women from Bacolod City have been accused of Lascivious Conduct, or engaging in indecent behavior, as defined in section 5(b) of RA 7610, and are each required to post bail of P80,000.

Authorities, however, did not disclose the nature of the case filed against the two.

Aviation Security Group acting director P/BGen. Christopher Abrahano said that the recent arrest is a part of the continuous efforts of the PNP Aviation to catch wanted individuals who are using airports as a way to evade authorities.

Both suspects are now being held at Barbosa Police Station 14 MPD, for further documentation and proper disposition, Abrahano said.
