Members of the women's group Gabriela stage a rally in front of the President Corazon Aquino Elementary School in Quezon City Monday (September 13), coinciding with the resumption of classes under a "blended mode" due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The group urged the national government to craft policies for a "safe" return of face-to-face classes, as they believe the current system has deprived many children of a chance for quality education.
