Homicide probers are still investigating the motive behind the murder of Jay-R Dizon, who was shot dead by an unidentified suspect on Thursday morning, 4 November 2021.
The victim was reportedly inside his tricycle at the corner of Alvarez St. and Rizal Avenue, Sta Cruz Manila when he was gunned down by the still unidentified gunman.
