Former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque files his certificate of candidacy for senator in the 2022 elections today (November 15) at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) office in Manila.
Roque, who will be running under the Peoples' Reform Party, had earlier said he would run for the 2022 elections if Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio will aim for a national post.
