PAG-ASA resident-meteorologist James Basit points out to a low pressure area (LPA) at the monitoring center of Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO).
The LPA, along with the southwest monsoon (habagat), will bring scattered rain showers across Luzon and the Visayas today, according to state weather bureau. (DQ)
