Mayor Marcelino Teodoro watches as Marikina City starts the rollout of vaccines for minors aged 12 to 17 on Friday, 22 October 2021.
Among the first to avail of the vaccine is 16 year-old Lizzy Dela Rosa, who got injured while playing volleyball. She is seen on a wheel chair as she arrived at the vaccination site at Marikina Sports Center.
