Mayor Francis Zamora officiates the mass civil wedding of inmates and their partners at San Juan City Jail on Valentine’s Day on 14 February, 2022.
Zamora said the mass wedding was the highlight of their Valentine’s Day celebration in which four couples, that include three male inmates and their partners, and two lovers who are both detainees exchanged wedding vows in what is dubbed as “Kasalan sa Kulungan”, a program initiated by the BJMP- San Juan, led by Warden Jose Marie Sabeniano.
