A group of students play at the Wheeled Giant Shoes displayed in front of Marikina City Hall, which was opened in time for the start of the Marikina Christmas Shoe Bazaar and Banchetto.
A total of 47 local manufacturers of shoes, bags, and other leather goods participated in the bazaar showcasing their products proudly made in Marikina City, long noted for its traditional shoemaking industry. The Bazaar runs from November 13 up to January next year.
