Cyclists pay homage to their two peers who were killed by a reckless van driver last March 16 at the Seaside Boulevard Bayshore Road of the Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
The two fatalities were John Pablo Santos and Jericho Aguila, who were both resting after their ride around the area when the Toyota Grandia driven by a minor, who was under the influence of liquor rammed into them.
