As part of one of his final official acts as chief of Philippine National Police, General Guillermo Eleazar who will retire from service on November 13 this year unless extended by President Duterte, has visited the headquarters of Quezon City Police District at Camp Karingal in Quezon City on Wednesday, 20 October 2021.
In his speech, Eleazar who once headed the QCPD admonished his men to continue serving the public with integrity and full commitment. He was later awarded a plaque of commendation by the QCPD leadership.
