Health groups laid out 321 pairs of shoes at the Boy Scout Circle in Tomas Morato, Quezon City Friday (September 24), symbolizing the 321 Filipinos who die every day due to tobacco use.

The activity is part of the call for stronger tobacco-control policies and raising the minimum age of cigarette access to 21 years old.
