Elements of Manila Police District -Station 3 conduct a surprise checkpoint along Rizal Avenue in Sta. Cruz on Wednesday morning, 2 February 2022.
The cops were specifically checking on identifications and documents of motorcycle drivers and their riders following a surge in criminal activities in the area involving riding-in-tandem criminals.
