Riot Games’ new partnership with Uniqlo promises to be one of their more affordable shirts to date, to the delight of League of Legends fans.

RIOT Games, the company behind League of Legends, has collaborated with fashion brands before.

However, their new partnership with Uniqlo promises to be one of their more affordable shirts to date.

Uniqlo is known to only announce collaborations and design details when it’s close to market release, which is why League of Legends was the first to announce it on their social media pages.

“Uniqlo is dedicated to creating unique and personalized forms of expression and passion through their UT collections and we find similar passion with what we create for players of Riot Games,” said Ryan Crosby, Head of Riot Entertainment Marketing and Consumer Products at Riot Games.

“We’re proud to have the opportunity to partner with a company that values creativity and self-expression in all of the different ways it can manifest.”

The company dropped a photo of K/DA Ahri wearing a black shirt with a print of the key visual for The Baddest, one of the songs in K/DA’s All Out album.

After the tweet garnered thousands of reactions, Riot revealed five other designs showing Jinx, Ekko, and a monochromatic version of one of League of Legends’ key visuals.

According to Riot, the Uniqlo x League of Legends tees will be priced at US$20 apiece, available in sizes XXS-3XL, and will be available globally in stores and on Uniqlo’s website.

The official release date for the Uniqlo x League of Legends collection has not yet been revealed.

Past couture collaborations featuring the popular game include a Louis Vuitton collection back in 2019 with sneakers, belt bag, bucket hat, shirt, and more.

In turn, Riot gave away a one-of-a-kind LV Trophy Travel Case for the Summoner’s Cup for the 2019 World Championship. (HD)
