Airbnb, in collaboration with Disney, is now offering a listing for Winnie the Pooh fans where they will have a chance to stay in a life-size Winnie the Pooh house in Ashdown Forest, England.

HAVE you ever wondered how it feels like to live in the Hundred Acre Wood where the iconic cartoon character Winnie the Pooh lives?

It’s time to satisfy your childhood curiosity.

Airbnb, in collaboration with Disney, is now offering a listing for Winnie the Pooh fans where they will have a chance to stay in a life-sized Winnie the Pooh house in Ashdown Forest, England, the area that inspired A.A. Milne's Hundred Acre Wood.

Iconically called the ‘Bearbnb’, the house is situated in A.A. Milne’s real-life inspiration, England’s Ashdown Forest.

This collaboration celebrates the 95th anniversary of the beloved old bear’s creation.

The fully-immersive home has been especially designed and curated by those who know and love Pooh the best, with impressive detail.

The host is Kim Raymond, who was appointed by Disney to illustrate Winnie the Pooh and has been drawing him for over 30 years.

Shepard shared his thoughts about the ‘Bearbnb’.

“I have been illustrating Winnie the Pooh for thirty years and I continue to be inspired by the classic decorations of E.H. Shepard and the more recent Disney stories. The ‘Bearbnb’ is a unique experience that brings the charm of Pooh to life for fans, whilst honouring the original adventures that have been so important to many people for 95 years.”

Just like in the movies, inside the ‘Bearbnb’ kitchen cupboard the shelves are stocked with honey pots.

While the house is built with exposed tree branches wrapped around the doorway with ‘Mr. Sanders’ inscribed above.

Alongside the charming references to the original Pooh tales, the house is fully kitted out for guests to enjoy a relaxing family stay, including a double bed on the ground floor, and a mezzanine area with two comfortable single beds.

The lounge space comes fully equipped with a cozy seating and dining area for guests to appreciate a “smackerel” or two.

During each stay, guests will be taken on a guided tour through the original Hundred Acre Wood, play Poohsticks on the iconic Poohsticks Bridge and enjoy locally sourced hunny-inspired meals.

Raymond will have this home listed for two separate stays on September 24 and 25 for roughly $130 per night.
