It was boisterous DWBC or Radyo Biñan anchor Annie Batumbakal who had established the local identity of famous character actor Dindo Arroyo when he guested in her show “Superlaftrip.”
Yes, Dindo is a bona fide resident of Biñan City.
According to Arroyo, he lives in Barangay Biñan near Technopark. “Sixteen years na ako rito sa amin (I have been living here for sixteen years),” he wrote on Facebook Messenger.
And what do you know, Dindo is widower since 2009? “May anim akong anak (I have six children),” he informed.
At the moment, Arroyo said, he is a member of the Church of God or Ang Dating Daan which was founded by the late Bro. Eli Soriano, also known globally as Bro. Eli or Ingkong (a term of respect for an older man or brother by blood or by affinity).
He added that he is doing a film for the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
“Kung loloobin ng Diyos, magkakateleserye ako kasama si Senator Bong Revilla at pelikula kasama si Ipe Salvador. Thanks be to God),” he quipped, Ipe referring to Phillip Salvador.
When I attempted to touch his Facebook audio chat, it hung up but later he messaged me that he was busy shooting.
