PAETE ENDURES FLOODING, AGAIN.
Residents and motorists passing through the Manila East Road in Paete, Laguna once again find their lives under water, as coastal barangays in this eastern Laguna town once again experienced flooding following last week's monsoon rains. With Laguna de Bay having breached its critical high threshold of 12.50 meters, parts of the Manila East Road were submerged under six inches of floodwater, while at Wawa Park, near the shoreline of Laguna de Bay, floodwaters once again reached waist-high levels.
