All residents of Los Baños, as well as non-residents who are working or doing business within the municipality, are now required to register and use the Los Baños Ligtas Ang Bayan ID.
The municipal government of Los Baños, Laguna wants all residents and workers inside the municipality to register to its Ligtas Ang Bayan ID mobile application.
Under Municipal Ordinance No. 2020-2058, all residents of Los Baños, as well as non-residents who are working or doing business within the municipality, are now required to register and use the Los Baños Ligtas Ang Bayan ID (LB LAB ID) for Contactless Log-In and Screening for Covid-19.
All government and private institutions and businesses in the city are also required to use a QR Code issued by the local government.
The QR Code will also be a requirement for business establishments inside the municipality in order for them to receive their Safety Seal Certification from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
“Ito ay upang mas mabilis matukoy ang posibleng close contact ng mga nagpopositibo sa Covid-19 sa ating bayan at nang maiwasan rin ang pagkalat ng Covid-19 sa ating lugar,” the local government said.
