The new vaccination site aims to deliver Covid-19 vaccines closer to San Pedronians and fast-track the local government's efforts to protect its population from Covid-19.

THE city government of San Pedro, Laguna has opened up another Covid-19 vaccination site Wednesday (July 21).

The City Health Office (CHO) led the opening of the new vaccination site at the San Pedro City Hospital in Barangay San Antonio.

With the opening of the new hub, the city now has four vaccination sites, including the current sites at the Robinsons Galleria South Mall, Pacita Astrodome and Barangay Narra.

The new vaccination site aims to deliver Covid-19 vaccines closer to San Pedronians and fast-track the local government's efforts to protect its population from Covid-19.

However, walk-in applicants are still not allowed at the new vaccination site.

Residents who wish to be vaccinated against Covid-19 must still register online in order to book a schedule for their vaccination.

Registered residents are also advised to watch out against fraudulent text messages concerning their vaccination schedule.

"Maging maingat at mapanuri po sa mga text confirmations na natatanggap hinggil sa inyong vaccination schedule. Huwag po basta maniniwala sa mga kumakalat na 'fake tests.' Siguruhing galing lamang ito sa lehitimong CHO hotline," the city government advised.
