YouTube royalties The Try Guys have now released a video detailing the events that have happened up until the decision to remove Ned Fulmer from the group.

Social media influencers The Try Guys have said they parted ways with Ned Fulmer, one of the group's co-founder, after he admitted to a workplace affair while married to his wife Ariel Fulmer with whom he has two kids.

In a new video posted on Monday in the official YouTube channel, the remaining members — Eugene Lee Yang, Keith Habersberger and Zach Kornfeld — addressed the issue of Fulmer and the timeline of what transpired to the best of their knowledge.

“By now, we’re assuming you’ve seen the Reddit threads and TikToks and tweets and news articles. We want to give you a timeline of what’s transpired and some transparency into our decision-making.”

"On Labor Day weekend, multiple fans alerted us that they had seen Ned and an employee engaging in public romantic behavior," Kornfield explained.
"We reached out to check on that employee. Ned confirmed the reports, and since confirmed that this had been going on for some time, which was obviously very shocking to us, and we just want you to know that we had no idea this was going on."

The Try Guys indeed had no clue of the ongoing affair and learned of the affair on September 5, just a month before releasing Fulmer from the group.

Yang added that they had spent weeks starting that Labor Day weekend talking to various lawyers, human resources and public relations experts to “make sure” they were taking the necessary steps as Fulmer was not just an employee but also a co-founder of their business.

"We refused to sweep things under the wrong," Yang insisted. "That is not who we are, and it's not what we stand for."

Fulmer was then immediately removed from work activities, even getting cut from previous projects where he participated such as

videos, upcoming specials and the group's merchandise.

"I don't know if we'll ever be able to fully articulate the pain we feel at this moment," Habersberger said. "It's hard to re-watch old videos that we love and are proud of. We're losing a friend. We're losing someone we built a company with; we have countless memories with -- we just made a TV show together."

"I'm sure many of you feel the same way," he continued. "It's weird. We're sorry that this ever happened, it's weird."

The trio then ended their video by saying that their focus is now on producing the “best possible content.”
