“Superstar” Nora Aunor will spend her birthday week with the “marginalized” sectors including senior citizens and orphans, an avid Noranian has confirmed.

HOW “Superstar” Nora Aunor will celebrate her sixty eighth-birthday on May 21 is the most anticipated occasion in and outside show business.

For a woman who has done a lot and gone through all kinds of experiences in life, Nora has time and again looked on back on people who she has been sharing the same humanity, love and compassion with her—the marginalized.

According to Marie Cusi, one of Aunor’s loyal and ardent fans, her idol will spend her most cherished born day with the elderlies, orphans and fellow barangay residents.

On May 19, Ate Guy will have an outreach at the Tahanang Mapagpala ng Immaculada Concepcion, a home for the aged in Malolos, Bulacan.

“Magbibigay po si Ate Guy ng mga gift items sa mga senior citizens doon mula umaga hanggang hapon,” Marie informed OpinYon.

But because of health protocols, said Cusi, only ten persons sporting proper health and safety precautions like wearing masks and face shields, social distancing and application of disinfectants and sanitizers will have an audience with La Aunor.

“Ang iba po, sa labas na ng opisina ng mga madre maghihintay,” explained the avid Noranian.

The following day (May 20), the actress will meet up with orphans in the northern suburbs to spend quality time and exchange stories with them as long as health nets are observed.

On her birthday itself, Nora will visit the barangay hall of Eastwood in Libis, Quezon City to share happy moments with its residents.
